William Griffin and Rob D’Onofrio Present at PMCOS Conference

The third annual Project Management College of Scheduling conference was themed Scheduling Today and Tomorrow and was held in Vancouver, British Columbia.
CPMI’s William Griffin spoke about analyzing delay with inaccurate schedules. His presentation showed various examples of how to make use of inaccurate schedules and how to respond to the inevitable criticisms that will be encountered.
CPMI’s Robert D’Onofrio spoke on a panel with other experts from Navigant, PMA, and Delta Consulting to discuss assessment of liquidated damages in schedule delay projects. The session addressed concurrent delays, offsetting delays, and discuss industry standard for schedule delay analysis ANSI/ASCE/CI 67-17 guideline 4.6 using example situations as to when it may or may not apply.
Attendees were exposed to the current state of the scheduling profession while networking with schedule professionals from around the globe including many of the top practitioners and experts in the field.
