James M. Connolly, P.E., PSP

Director of Scheduling Services

Jim Connolly is the director of scheduling services. He has over 25 years of experience in construction/project management that includes implementation of project controls and systems such as cost, budgeting, and scheduling as well as quality assurance and construction claims analysis. His experience also encompasses construction supervision and on-site inspection, processing of contractor payment requests, project closeout and punch-list preparation, and development of computerized CPM scheduling and graphics to support analyses for construction management, delay claims, and litigation. Jim’s project experience includes airports and highways, heavy civil construction, medical facilities, schools, industrial facilities, and water and wastewater treatment plants.
