Nicholas C. Battista

Nick Battista has over 35 years of experience in planning, construction, program management, project controls, claims analysis and litigation support. He specializes in the shipbuilding and marine industries, having served as program manager and project manager for the construction and overhaul of ships. Nick’s work at CPMI has focused on preparation and analysis of complex contract claims, including lost labor productivity, in a variety of industries, such as aviation, environmental clean-up and port facilities as well as shipbuilding and ship repair. His litigation support experience is well-regarded, as he excels in providing research and detailed issue analysis of complex technical issues and in analyzing critical path delay. Nick holds an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and has completed the Penn State executive management program, total quality management program, and the master planner program at West Chester State University.
