CPMI’s Todd Mayo and Feras Taher attended the 2023 Trial Academy last week in Dallas, TX. This three-day intensive trial skills training program is presented by the American Bar Association and allows students to learn how to enhance their construction law trial skills. Participants engaged in a mix of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on skills sessions culminating in a full-day mock trial of a construction dispute.
