CPMI’s Joseph R. Hellenbrand, PE, PSP and Kevin M. Ecker, PMP, PSP will be teaching a course about critical path method (CPM) and other scheduling techniques in April. Hosted by Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, this course will teach how to properly document and present time extension requests and delay claims in addition to covering detailed baseline schedules for acceptance as per contract requirements, reviewing and analyzing Contractor Monthly CPM updates, providing schedule analysis reports (SAR) and preparing time impact analysis (TIA).
