Anne Anderson has over 25 years of experience in auditing and accounting. She has extensive experience in preparing bids, tracking costs and invoicing for construction projects, lending a keen eye to CPMI’s evaluation and measurement of construction damages claims. She also has extensive experience in grant compliance and accounting and federal reporting.

Residential Construction Project – Evaluation of claimed Owner damages associated with alleged design errors and omissions. Work included analysis, report drafting, deposition preparation for fact and expert witnesses, and arbitration preparation such as demonstratives.
Sports Stadium – Determination of affirmative claim costs due to alleged design and owner issues. Additionally provided an evaluation of owner claims for additional work and project delays. Work included analysis, report drafting and mediation preparation.
