CPMI provided scheduling support for the general contractor in a multi-prime contract, which included coordinating schedules from eight prime contractors, cost and resource loading, monthly schedule updates, on-site construction support, and time extension requests. Early in the construction, change orders to structural steel impacted the work by five months. CPMI worked with the project team to accelerate the schedule and present options for opening on time to meet the school district’s requirement.
