CPMI sponsored the 10th International Society of Construction Law Conference themed – “Winds of Change” in Istanbul, Turkey. The program focused on the changes and transformation of conditions in construction contracting from both local and international perspectives, after global-scale disruptions like the pandemic and climate change. CPMI’s Rob D’Onofrio spoke as part of a panel discussion on the Legal and Contractual Framework for Acceleration/Acceleration Claims. The event aims to gather construction lawyers and industry leaders from all around the world as well as to attract the local market’s most prominent players, including contractors, employers, engineers and consultants.
