Jack Swope


Jack Swope is an Associate based out of CPMI’s Pennsylvania office. Jack specializes in evaluating the damages of construction claims, including schedule/delay impacts on project costs, and other construction-related damages. He supports the project team through document management and data collection. Jack also performs audits where he evaluates a prime contractor’s GMP Contract costs, assessing subcontractor status and payments, and determines documentation for final payments. Prior to joining CPMI, Jack worked as a construction assistant where he coordinated tasks for multiple job sites, assisting a team, guiding installation of marine structures, communicating priorities, and providing construction support.

Project Highlights

GMP Audit of Florida Hotel – Evaluated prime contractor’s cost of the work as defined by Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract terms and conditions. Evaluated status of each subcontractor, including invoiced amounts, project completion, payment and lien status, and potential back charges. Determined documentation necessary to evaluate final payments due to subcontractors and prime contractor.
