IT Support Specialist

Liam Rennie is an IT Support Specialist based out of CPMI’s Pennsylvania office. Liam provides technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, hardware, and networks. Liam’s responsibilities include troubleshooting, user support, installing hardware and software, managing security, upgrading and maintaining systems, documentation, training, and providing remote support. Prior to joining CPMI, Liam served as a help desk technician, where he assisted users with various IT-related issues.
