Prithvi Aravind has experience in project management, CPM scheduling, and construction claims analysis. Prithvi is responsible for reviewing, preparing and analyzing CPM schedules and also prepares graphics as part of project analysis. She has assisted in the performance of schedule, productivity, and cost quantification analyses on construction projects involved in litigation and has performed claims evaluation and preparation on infrastructure and transportation projects both defending and supporting construction claims.

Prior to CPMI, Prithvi worked on-site providing assistance to superintendents in field operations on a $3.9 billion airport project. Her experience includes providing project management services in the pre-construction and construction phases of infrastructural and institutional projects. She has also worked as an architect providing design services on urban development projects within the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors.

Project Highlights

Airport New Terminal Project – Assisted superintendents and project management team during the construction of a $3.9 billion new airport terminal. Performed inspections for architectural and MEP trades with the design team and Port Authority and monitored compliance with contract documents and code. Coordinated with subcontractors of different trades to prepare, issue and manage compliance plans to align with projects goals including deliverables, budget and schedule. Solved issues arising on-site during site walkthroughs by coordinating with the design team and subcontractors.

Military Veteran Centre Project – Performed CPM schedule analysis for a Military Veteran Centre and prepared rebuttal reports to present the review and analysis of construction documents, meetings minutes, progress reports for in response to a subcontractor’s claim for delay and damages to the owner.

Mixed Use/Residential Project – Assisted in project management for the construction of a $77 million mixed-use development project that included residential units and commercial retail. Managed the procurement process for the buyout of Architectural trades, prepared bid packages, bid analysis, scope-leveling and award of contracts. Developed and managed a consistent work plan to achieve the project schedule, deliverables and budget. Prepared and managed the pay requisitions from subcontractors while monitoring compliance with contract documents and tracking scope of work.

High-Rise Student Housing Project – Worked on the pre-construction phase of a 36-story graduated student housing with an estimated project cost of $150 million. Prepared invitations to bid for subcontractor bid packages, prepared bid summaries, assisted rip and read meetings, attended and assisted design coordination meetings. Reviewed RFIs and subcontractor submittals for approval from the design team.
