Project Highlights

Cost Allocation and Analysis – Undertook an extensive analysis of cost behaviors across a diverse range of 600 products. Reviewed journal entries from the previous year and facilitated the identification and categorization of indirect costs. Adopted a Product Life Cycle cost approach for precise cost allocation across different processes. The analysis extended to examining cost behavior for each product category, incorporating both quantitative analysis and strategic insight.
